If you no longer have access to the registered email address or would like to transfer your subscription to a different email, you now have the option to easily change the email address associated with your account.
On SCMP.com:
- While logged in to SCMP.com, click your profile picture in the top right corner to manage your account
- Click 'Edit Profile' in the left sidebar
- Click on the pen icon
next to your existing email address
- Enter and confirm your new email address and current password. Click save
- You will receive a confirmation email to your new email address. Follow the instructions in this email to confirm the change.
You'll also receive an email to your old email address confirming that you have initiated this change. You don’t need to reply to this email.
Please note, this feature will only work for new emails that have not previously been registered with SCMP. You cannot merge two existing accounts. If you would like to change your registered email to an email associated with an existing SCMP account, please contact our support team at support@scmp.com.
